A glitch in my Linksys account(?) prevented me from using a new SSID/password for my Velop network - devices couldn't connect. There seemed to be a 'hook' connecting the previous EA4500 and Velop. After spending a little time with Velop Support, I reset the Velop and entered the SSID & password used with the EA4500.
